Help with 12DS...

I hope I can make this story clear without it being too long. DS12 is a very good kid. Last year, he got into a little trouble (his first year in junior high). Nothing major at all...little fights (mostly words) and such. Anyway...he swears that he did not do an incedent at the bus stop...other kid did in a joking manner but said my DS did it. DS really has me convinced...because he had us call this kids parents, go to school and talk to principal and so on. He was great friends with this kid in the neighborhood. MyDS is adimate about his honesty and has not spoken with the kid since. Well...the kid has started coming to our bus stop again and he is flipping my son off. So far, my DS has walked away...but yesterday he was VERY angry. He wants me to call parent. I feel that he will get made fun of at school if I do this as well as possibly having this kid make up other things about him. Any advice. I know this is jumbled...just trying to get story out. TIA.
