In June, we'll be in Disneyland. Instead of taking 5 straight down like we normally do (from Central Ca), I thought it would be nice to take a scenic route a day or two before. Stop in Pismo Beach to play on the shore line, see a train or plane museum, explore a children's musuem.
It'll be me and my two kids DD11 and DS4 and possibly my DH (he'll be with us for half of our vacaiton, I just don't know which half yet). Aside from Santa Cruz and Montery (we go frequently to both) what do you suggest?
