Help,will The Christmas Decorations Be Up?

The week after Thanksgiving.We were going to go the 2nd-9th of Dec but I think we will go a week earlier if the decorations will be up.

I think I read that they do put the decorations up the week after Thanksgiving. We are going Dec. 2-9 and I know they will be up, for we've been that time before. It's really nice.. low crowds!

For 2005 they went up early (2nd week of November I think) it was posted on here that they did that because Extreme Home Makeover. Some on here complained that it was too soon but if you saw the show I think everyone can agree it was worth it. The children that got to go MK have the polymorphic light eruption (they can't be touched by sunlight) and they have never been able to enjoy Disney. It was just so touching to see their faces light up whenever they saw the characters.

We've gone several times the Saturday following Thanksgiving and the decorations have always been up.

Don't they temporarily remove some of the Main Street garland sometime during parade taping week as not to interfere with the taping.....? Thought I read that somewhere here.....

Last time I was there the week before Thanksgiving, decorations were all up including the gingerbread house in the GF.

We arrived in 2005 the Saturday before Thanksgiving and the lights and decorations were up then.....

Lots of decorations were already up in the MK (incl. a lighted Christmas tree you could see from Calif. Grill) when we were there Nov 3-6, 2005! I think everything is always up and ready by Thanksgiving, isn't it?

Yes, but it was only for that weekend.
