HELP!!!!!!!!!!
I know this probably isn't a resort board topic, but you all have been my friends and I need some advice and a shoulder to cry on.
On Monday, the 27th, I called Disney to reknew dh and I's annual passes. The total for the two tickets was $682.48 and I used my debit card (checking account) to pay.
So, all is right with the world, right?? Well, it was until today.
Disney DOUBLE CHARGED me for the tickets!!
And overdrew my checking account by hundreds of dollars!! So I call the bank, and they say they can't do anything about it... so I call Disney, they said their computer only shows one charge so they need proof.... so then I'm back on the phone with the bank asking them for a fax to Disney showing the two charges of $682.48.... then I call Disney back to make sure they got the fax... the person who "investigates ticket claims" is at lunch (2:20 pm) and hopefully will look at it before they close at 4:45 pm today.
So what's the bad part? Even when Disney credits my checking account back, which they haven't even done yet, it's going to take at LEAST 3-4 days for it to go through. I am just furious!!
How can this happen?? And why is it taking so long to fix it?? Don't they realize that I have no access to my money and I'm also racking up tons of NSF fees and bouncing checks as we speak!!!!
Does anyone have a phone # to complain? I'm really upset and nobody in the ticket office seems to care.
