Help!! Which weekend?

I wasn't sure where to post this, so if there's a better spot, please move it!

I'm planning a last minute trip to Disney. The weekends I'm stuck between are April 13-16 and April 20-23. I'm aware the first is Easter weekend; however, this also means the parks are open a couple hours later. The resort is also cheaper the first weekend. But flights are considerably less expensive the 20-23. I guess what I'm asking is, would the higher plane fare and crowds be worth spending longer at the parks? Or should I go with the lower plane fare but higher resort cost?

I've been to Disney so many times before, but I've never planned such a quick trip so close to the date. And I haven't been around Easter in years, so I don't remember how bad it is.

I want to get the most for my money and maximize time in the parks. My usual resort is PC; strangely, it's available Easter weekend but not the next. However, All-Star Sports is available the second weekend. I've never stayed there, and my fear has always been transportation, because doesn't it share buses with ASMo and ASMu?

Any advice?

Well I have read frequently that the week before Easter and including Easter weekend is busy (2nd crowded time to christmas). The 20-23 does coincide with marathon weekend so that will bring in a lot of people for that weekend. My guess is that you might be slightly better going the 20-23. I am there the 18-22 for a conference. The crowd calendars that i have seen do show mid week 18-19 to be fair crowds (a 6 on their scoring), but will get heavier towards the weekend.
