Help! Which weekend would be better choice? 11/19-21 or 12/17-19?

Things keep popping up and I keep having to change my Fri/Sat at DL plans. The last 2 weekends that I have open are 11/19-21 or 12/17-19. I would be going to DL and DCA on Friday and Saturday. Which weekend would be better?
