HI. I've been to Disney World many times but am planning a very short trip to DL next June. I know absolutely nothing about the hotels onsite there. What is the cheapest thing I can put 1 adult and 4 kids in? It might turn out to be 2 adults and 4 kids. Are there any "cute" rooms like at the All Stars there? Any advice is greatly appreciated!

Also, do they have codes there for room only or should I book a package?

Thanks everyone!!!!

PP will be the cheapest and the kids can use the DL hotel Neverland Pool altho' it is quite a hike to it. The rooms are clean nice and mickey themed and each has a free fridge. DL is next cheapest with GC the highest and least "disney themed" (think Wilderness Lodge")

I would recommend any of them with no worries.

The Paradise Pier is the least expensive. The room decore is more of a mordern Mickey look. Mickey is there but it is not in a really fun kid kind of way. I think, but am not positive, that you can get a rollaway here.See this link and click on "more photos".

The Disneyland hotel is more expensive and has rooms with 2 queens and a day bed. The rooms are a bit more victorian but there are fun drawings of Disneyland all over. The bedspreads have old drawings of the rides, mixed in with vines and flowers. The border paper has tinkerbell and pixie dust on it and after you turn the lights out at night the pixie dust glows for a little while.

The Grand Californian is most expensive and very nice but is not has fun as far as decore goes. http://www.travelhero.com/prophome.cfm/id/127069/hotels/reservations/index.html
