FYI - Niles are narrower AND rub on the top of your foot. While the bottoms of my feet and ankles never had a problem, the tops of my feet ended up with AWFUL blisters at my last WDW trip.
Imagine how hard it was to find shoes to wear once those were in place and popped/raw. I had to go buy a new pair of Tevas and they were awful, too.
I've worn the regular Cayman's two other trips and not had a problem. They fit wider/more relaxed - like the difference between a straight leg pair of jeans and relaxed fit jeans, if that makes sense. They fit like clogs or slippers and are like walking on air. Even my kids wore them the entire time without so much as a complaint (at least not about their feet)
