HELP! Where do I go for info on DVC?

Hi,

I have been to DW a couple of times, and I am planning on going back in March. After paying for the hotels and booking this current trip, I am wondering what the benefits/bummers about being a DVC member are. Where do I even go to find more information on buying in, pricing, etc. Would love any tips, advice, info, and so on. THANKS!!!

Spend a few hours reading these boards.

The Timeshare Store (sponser) has some very good DVC info.

Do a google search to find other sites - apparently the one I was going to mention is banned from this board.

Ask as many questions as you'd like - everybody is friendly!

You will learn a lot right here reading the DIS. But one question I have is where do you usually book your stays?? Reason I am asking if you book the value resorts then DVC does not make sense but if you enjoy the deluxe and even some of the moderates than DVC may work $$ wise. Read the sticky notes, read Disney DVC web presentation and send away for the video, and by all means post questions here for the veterans to answer.

You might want to take the money you were planning on using for the March trip, and use it as a down payment on DVC!
