HELP! What's the link I can use to pull up the res my TA made?

Of course I'm traveling and only have my work laptop. I had saved the link to my home computer. I've searched and can't find it and today's the day I need to make my ADRs. I guess worst case scenario is that I have to wait to call. If anyone can post that link again or direct me to a post that has it, I would be SO appreciative!!!!

I'm not sure if this is what you want, but here's the link to pull up your room reservation booked by a TA. You do need your confirmation number though...
