Help! What to do for Jijjer's/Gigger's?

DH just showed me his leg's, WOW does he ever have the Jijjer's. He was fishing a few days ago and then worked on his buddy dock. Anyway I did put a call in to the Dr. I am hoping Dr. calls in a Script. Our regular Dr. is not in, there is a Dr. on call. Was wondering if anyone else could tell me of a home remendy.

Nail Polish! Works every time (try and get a matching skin color). Leave the polish on for about a day or so. Tell him not to scratch at it.

Yep, nail polish or anything else that seals off the bite. The chigger actually is alive in there, and that is what causes the itch. You have to take away his air supply to get rid of the bite.
