Help! What time can I start making fast pass+ reservations?

This is my 1st time doing fast pass +. I know I can make reservations 60 days ahead if staying on site. What time - midnight? I found out dining reservations is 6am........ Help Please!!!!! I am taking my grandkids and want to get certain rides (like everyone else.......) THANK YOU!

Midnight, EASTERN time.

Which is actually on the night of 61 days before check-in, one minute after 11:59PM, Eastern Time.

Robo, I've heard that the midnight time is extended if any of the parks are still open. Is there any truth to that?
