Help...What restaurant is this?

I saw a special on the travel channel a while back on Disney World, and I don't know if I am confusing it with something else, dreamed it or what.

Is there a restaurant that when you go in the walls are black and white and through out the meal color is added to the walls as well as the wait staff? Does this ring a bell?

I have been to Animator's Palate while on the Wonder and thoroughly enjoyed it. The gradual addition of color into the initially black and white decor is set to music and timed with the serving of the dishes. Unfortunately the timed nature of the show would make it difficult to bring it to WDW. It's too bad because it would be cool.
