HELP! What is with the new website?

i have been trying to check AP rates and no matter what dates i put in, it returns that there is no rooms with that promotion code???? what gives? i even logged into the passholder area and the links just keep going in circles.

I never book through the website. I have always found calling works best for me. I let someone else navigate through that computer stuff! They are there 10AM-2AM M-F and 10-10 on weekends.

To which website are you referring? The www.loewshotels.com website still works fine with APH put in as the code. If there are no rooms available at that rate, none will come up.

I booked yesterday 4/28-30 which is peak (Grad Bash) PBH bay view for $209 with APH and was getting the same rate for FLO. BTW, AAA was higher.

i always go thru universalorlando.com --- evidently the webpage was updated and after finally finding out where to book, it wouldn't give me anything for the AP rates. when i tried logging in to the passholder area, there were titles (that appeared were supposed to be links) but weren't. the only links were to buy an AP.

i just went back in and tried the loews site and it was fine. not sure if they are still updating the universal site?

maybe the situation is the AP rates have not been released yet for the dates you need.

no..it definitely was a problem with the website. i put in every possible range of dates from tomorrow until the end of june and nothing! guess i'll have to call until they get it straight. it is just easier for me to check online throughout the day. thanks for the replies.
