HELP! What is the policy for canceling membership

I'm in sells also. The business I am in has a 5 day cool-off period by law. I have had a few people change their minds during the cool-off period, even after the contracts have been signed and money has been transfered. Of course I am upset about losing the sell, but I definitely have never been mad at the purchaser. The law is there to allow people to go home and think it through without the pressure of a salesperson in the room. Hasn't everyone returned an article of clothing or some other store purchase simply because it just didn't work for them when they got it home?

DH and I bought into SSR while on the DCL. Our table mates told us we should have checked into re-sale. Well, we didn't want to do that as we knew nothing about it. When we disembarked, we thought it would be fun to check out our "home" resort. It's a beautiful place but just not to our individual liking as we like smaller resorts, that's just us. Later, we met some friends for an Epcot fireworks cruise. While there, we fell in love with BWV! It was at that point that we started checking into TSS once we got home. We found the BWV contract that suited us, cancelled our SSR and have been happy ever since.
