Want to change my ressies?

If I want to change hotels, and stay one less night......

Do I have to start from scratch and will I lose all my ADR's?

Nope just call and make the changes. The first year we went I changed my mind several times and it was easy to make changes. If you booked through Disney just give them a call and they will make the changes. I assume you can do the same with a TA.
