Help! What can I do?

I had thought if I was silly enough to toss my snail mail pin code/ post card I thought I could call for the promo? I would have sworn I read a thread on that in here a while back. I got 3 postcards over the past month or so and tossed them thinking they were general promos. Turns out, they werent. Now I dont have my card with the pin/promo code. Is there anything I can do? I wasnt expecting to be there on the dates the code was offered, and now I am. HELP!

Try to call down and see if a code is attached to your name and address.If so you nshould be able to still get the code discount

I called CRO and asked that. He basically told me to screw off - that he couldnt look up anything like that. He didnt even think marketing tracked that crap. He wasnt very disney-ish.

Just call back. The pin codes are attached to your name (address and phone). I've done it. I've also heard of people calling and finding out from the CM that there was a code attached to their name. What a cool surprise.

Im SO excited! Ive never been there at Xmas time and I just saw a photo of the castle and the decorations and I am SO excited! Im totally kicking myself for tossing those cards. I guess I'll call back.

What do I need to say? I told him that I was mailed 3 promo post cards with pin codes and tossed them - can he look to see if the offer is still available? Does that sound right?

I would ask specifically if there is a code attached to your name in the computer. Ask the CM to check under your name, and anyone else's name that will be on the trip with you!
