Help what am I doing wrong with Ding?

I have downloaded ding at least 4 times and I'm still having a problem. I click on the screen and the ding screen comes up it says ready but when I click on the message the ding fares do not come up. Do they only come up if they have any dings from your home airport or am I just doing something wrong? I 'm looking for a cheaper airfare for November and I would hate to miss it because I'm doing something wrong. Thanks for any help or input I can get!

Just curious, do you have AOL? I have AOL and I have to click on the tail in my task bar (when it Dings) and the little box with the message comes up. I then have to minimize my AOL screen, and then click on the Ding message. Sometimes after I minimize AOL, I'll open up internet explorer and then click the ding message but here lately it's been working if I just downsize AOL and click on the message and then it opens Internet Explorer by itself. For some reason, it JUST WON'T open with AOL.
