HELP! We want to add on to our package and it won't let us online

We are booked from 8/23-9/1 ... the first two days are not part of the free dining and I just got the kids schedule and I realize we don't have to rush home since school doesn't start until 9/6. So I tried to schedule a room online for the dates I need 8/25-9/3 and it won't let me telling me my resort (POR is not available). However, if I put in 9/1-9/8 it comes up! Ugh! Do you think I'll be able to do this?

Any changes/cancellations need to be done over the phone, but I'm not sure which number is best for your situation.
