Help we leave in the morning!!

OK, so I have made it all this time and not said a word to my 2 kids who are 3 and 7. Now that it is the night before. I don't have a plan. I have been so busy packing and getting ready. I can't think of a cool way to tell them.
Our plan thus far is to feed the kids. Head to my parents house and pick them up and they drop us off at the airport. Not that exciting. I planned on telling them that we are going to Long Beach. They don't have a clue to where that is. So I thought we could go check in at the hotel around 3 let them swim and then get a bite to eat at BUBBA GUMPS. At this time they still don't know. Then we planned on heading over to Disneyland to catch the fireworks. Surprise!!
What do you think??? HELP!!

So funny, when I was little my parents did the EXACT same thing. They told us we were going to Long Beach, so us as little kids were actually thinking we were going to the beach...then they drove and told us, "Well, instead of the beach, how about we stay here?" And my brother and I looked around and saw the Disneyland sign that said "The Happiest Place on Earth!" and we were so stoked!

I don't know if you'll see this before you leave but my friend got an airline stewardess to announce the trip over the speaker for her kids. I can't remember exactly what was announced but the kids were very surprised.
