HELP!! Wardrobe dilemma - need sound advice...

.....unfortunely, during any major storm, it gets very flooded and usually makes the local news....if you take 36 East, pass Atlantic Highlands, go over the bridge, and keep going just south of Sandy Hook, it's right there, on the left....

My time at the Jersey Shore was spent waaay south - Wildwood and Cape May.

Don't think so. Younger days Seaside and Point Pleasant, a few trips to LBI, Island Beach, Wildwood, Ocean Grove, Belmar, and many, many times to Cape May

.....you have no idea how gorgeous it is there....it's the part of Sea Bright that is really narrow. Basically, there is just one road (Ocean Ave.) that runs north/south. Windows on the Water is on the east side and there are some really beautiful homes on the west side, which is the bay side (actually, I think it's the mouth of the Navesink River, of which the far side of that is Rumson). You can actually see that behind the homes - just GORGEOUS!
