help w/plans?

i need advice please..we are traveling w/7 (5 adults-2kids) first week of dec. we arrive sun afternoon, on the ddp, i made bfst ADR for mon morning 9am at boma. we havent been to wdw in 10 years...is it wise of me to keep this knowing we have to bus it to AK and then bus to AKL..we are making AK our first park that mon (no park hopping) should we eat bfst w/ donald in AK? read some reviews and didnt look to promising? is it worth keeping and then just going back to AK? hellllllllllp!!!
