Help: Vmk not loading

I need help it just won't load! it gets to where it says all the lands then when i click to go to a room it loads to the end then doesn't go to the room any ideas?

I'm not sure, but this has been happening to me today. I think it's just being REALLY REALLY REALLY slow. That or try reloading VMK. I'm not really sure if there is much you can do besides waiting it out.
