Help!! VMK fireworks & link

My son just won first place in fireworks and received a message from the VMK Administrator that he won a prize and he needs to open the link in order to get it. We can't figure out what to open it with when we click on it. It says it can only be opened once and we need to print it out before disconnecting from VMK. Well, he's probably going to lose his connection very soon (seems to happen about every hour or so), so could someone please help us that has received this type of message before?

First, the message will stay there for about a week, so don't majorly stress about that.

Secondly, Yes. That link is quite annoying. Always. I had to go on to my college computer to be able to print it out.

Thirdly, I really do wish you luck in being able to print it out. If you mail vmk staff through the contact us page, You might have a better chance.

do you have adobe acrobat? thats what my pc uses. if you cant get dont worry, its nothing special, just a livestrong like wristband that says VMK on it to pick up in the park and mymessage stuck around for weeks.

Hey! It seems to me that link is just for a free glow-in-the-dark VMK wristband? Someone correct me if I'm wrong! I have three of those coupons I can send you if that's it and you can't get yours to work. I'm not sure though!

Thanks for all the help & suggestions. He tried contacting VMK through the contact us link, but apparently you need your birthdate and he must have entered the wrong one. We don't have Adobe either, but I think I might have it here on my laptop - will have to check.

A glow-in-the-dark bracelet may not seem thrilling to us adults, but to my son it is a "must have" item, especially since he won it.

Has anyone seen the VMK glow-in-the-dark bracelet in real life?

Yeah, the bracelets say "VMK unleash the magic". There is a code printed on the inside, but it is pretty hard to read. It's like the Kelloggs codes, though, so you can look it up on the internet.
The bracelets glow really well, too. I wore mine on the People Mover at Disney World, and it looked really cool!
