help visa rewards

i'm a bit confused i cashed in my visa points awhile back right before the new reward card was issued and i got my paper rewards are they still good do i have to exchange the paper rewards for the card if so is there a charge?

Your reward dollar certificates will be good and honored until the expiration date printed on them. I just used mine 2 weeks ago at POR. Applied $140 to the room balance with no problems at all.
