Help Very Magical Moment in August

My sister and her family and my wife and I are going to be down in Disney at the same time in August. Talking with my wife I thought it would be really cool if my parents could come down also. My mother has Parkinson disease and does not do heat really well. I ran it past my sister and she thought it was a long shot but what the hell. So I stopped over the Parents house and my mom was like yea we will go. OH MY GOD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I excused myself and made a dash for the phone. Called my sister at work and asked her if she can keep a secret she said what. Mom and Dad will be going down to Disney in August. She was as excited as I was so now we have a lot of planning to do and a big secret to keep from my Niece and Nephew. Thinking I have my parents sitting in the lobby when they walk in. Does anybody have any Ideas? My DW thought maybe have parents sit in food court and have the meeting there. I really want to get this on Video. God I can't Wait

How about: After you get checked in to the hotel, tell the kids you are ordering room service. Then have Grandparents come to the room with ice cream or some other treat.

Or have the kids write postcards first thing, and then when you take them to the mail drop, grandparents are there waiting to receive them in person...

Here is what happened to me on our trip in 2000.

I am really close with my cousins and my mom's side of the family. Well, my Aunt, one set of cousins, my parents and DH and I were going to WDW for a family vacation. Since DH and I live in TN and the rest of the family is in IN, we flew into MCO and met at the airport.

Well, to my surprise, my other set of cousins were there with my precious 2nd cousins. What a surprise! I was just tickled and think I became teary eyed.

That may be something you could work out - but then again, if you live in the same city and fly together, it may not work.

I think any surprise you decide on will be great - they will just be so tickled and excited!!

DW and i are getting down To florida on the 14 spending two days in uineversal . sister gets there on the 15 spends 4 days when we leave we will pick up parents from airport the sister will be at disney 2 days after.
