Help! Vero in Dec?

Okay experts, I need your help. We were trying to go to WDW the first week in Dec. but all DVC resorts are booked. I have two questions.

1) What are my chances on the waiting list? Any guesses?

2) Vero Beach is wide open so we could go there. Is there anything to do there in December?

They have a great pool, and the beach is right there so if the weather is good, makes for a nice trip.

We were at Vero last Dec 25,26 cool but the kids had fun in the pool. You can golf. Down town Vero is very nice,we never made it that far.


Keep calling and checking on your wait list, it's a roll of the dice. I would think early Dec before the 20th , you should be able to get somthing, maybe not a grand villa.

Thanks dvc guy. We're on the wait list for a 1 or 2 br at any of the 5 WDW DVC resorts. If it doesn't work out, we'll explore Vero!
