help us choose one meal during peak times

I have 6 restaurants chosen for our March trip. One of them is 2 TS credits, so that's all we have already paid for.
After putting together a tentative day-to-day itinerary, I need a meal the night we have dinner open, which happens to be Good Friday. That day we plan to go to Animal Kingdom at open and spend as much time there as we need to (every other time we've been there in summer and it has rained every single time, so we usually are gone by 2). We will eat lunch at Flame Tree. We will leave sometime after the parade, although the park is open until 8 that night.
We are staying at the YC. Here are the options I have come up with:
1) the new Captains Grille
2) ESPN club
or go to DD and eat at either 1) Raglan Road or 2) Earl of Sandwich.

I know 3 of these are TS and I'm thinking I'd need an ADR, so I need to figure this out. On the other hand, perhaps Earl of Sandwich would be enough for us.
Any input on this?

I have always enjoyed Earl of Sandwich. We eat there every time we go to WDW. It is a nice way to use your CS credit. We ate at ESPN once and it was a good place to have a burger. I have not eaten at the Captain's Grille, bit do plan on eating there sometime. I have not eaten at Raglan Road either, but did eat at the CS next door. The fish and chips were very good. It was just a smaller serving than I wanted.
