Help us choose!!! One last TS!

We will be traveling to Disney 01/30/10-02/06/10! Unfortunately I didn't realize that Brown Derby was 2TS and they didn't tell me when I called! I'm a little mad because I had switched out an ADR for H&V and had the Fantasmic dinner package. I canceled the ressie and now we need to add one more TS. So far we have:
Boma 2x for dinner
Tuskerhouse breakfast
Les Chefs de France
CRT for breakfast on our departure day

DH, my DS (4)and I are Vegetarians...DS (15) and DD (12) do eat meat. I am counting on you all to give me some great suggestions on where to use our last TS!!! The only catch is I'd love it to be for dinner. It does not have to be a buffet, but the oldest boy would probably like one.

We really like Crystal Palace dinner buffet. I am not sure about the vegetarian choices there, though.

Another thought is Ohana. Such a fun place, many of the side dishes are vegetarian and they're delicious. The chefs do make special vegetarian entrees for the non-meat eaters.

CP was on of my first choices but will be closed while we are there. I love the look of the Poly! Maybe we will try that.
