Hi new to this board posted a couple of questions and everyone been so helpful.
However reading peoples posts i am having trouble understanding what is being written when they use initials.
I know every other person understands them but new here.
So what is DS, DD I gather it's something to do with your kids.
Also any other initials i should know about to help me while on here
Many Thanks
Steve

Hi Steve and Welcome to the DIS

There is a page here which contains a list of all the abbreviations used on thsi site. If you're unsure about anything, just go ahead and ask - we're a pretty friendly bunch :)

So, have you currently got a trip to WDW planned? Did I mention we're also pretty nosey :rotfl:

Hi

Hope your liking this forum, i can honestly say they are the friendliest people i have come across. People really take their time to answer your questions.

totally agree - a very huge waste of time, but very enjoyable (as my 6000+ posts in 2 years shows :lmao: )

welcome to you both
also DS is either Darling, Dear Or Disney, whatever!

Welcome to all the newbies :) come and join us on the UK Community Board too...... :)

Shameless plug, DK (that's Dear Kaylee, Darling Kaylee or Disney Kaylee - take your pick!) :rotfl: .

Seriously, it's great to have so many newbies joining our big, happy family.

Welcome and have fun :goodvibes

All the abbreviations will soon become second nature - I actually struggle to stop myself using them elsewhere! :lmao:
