Help! Trying to buy AP online

I am trying to buy an Annual Pass online through Disney.com but when I try to complete the checkout process it gives me the following message.


The following requested products are not available online given the billing information you have provided: Annual Pass (Ages 10 and Over) . You will have to return to the shopping cart page to remove these from your cart in order to proceed with purchasing the remaining products.

The only thing I can think of is my billing address is obviously in the UK?

Can you not buy an AP online from the UK???? Has anyone else encountered this problem?
