Help! (transfer from swan for 3.0)

I'm taking the Dis transfer tomorrow from the Swan, but have no idea when it's coming!!! Please help!

John's email said to be outside your resort by 11am.
Buses will leave between 11 & noon.
It seems the Swan has a dedicated bus- so I'd get there early.
