Help to find a frame

I want a silver tone, maybe pewter, frame with some Mickey outlines imprinted on it for a 5X7 photo.

Has anyone seen one at a regular retail store? If so, which one?

Can I buy this at WDW? If so, where? We're going there in January.

I did some looking around and couldn't find anything. They seem to have alot of wood frames but no silver ones other for those for weddings.
