Help! tiny text

Please help me! Somehow or another I pressed on something to reduce the text size on my computer. But, it only effects the disboards. I remember pressing a button on the keyboard several times while reading a forum and the text kept getting smaller. Please help me correct this issue. I can't read anything and I am having major withdrawals.

One way on some browsers is holding 'ctrl' and the '+' to enlarge and '-' to get smaller.
