Help..the DIS is so s-l-o-w

Yesterday and today there are times when I have problems logging on and moving within the site. It will take me up to 10 minutes from logging to posting this. It has taken up to 4 minutes to move anywhere, click on a post, reply and even getting on. This site is the only site affected...the rest of the internet flies. I have dial-up...I know, I know...but I dont believe that is the problem since this site is the only one I have problems with.

What is the problem?
