HELP!! The deer ate all my yews . .

now I really don't like these yews we have in our yard but the were hiding an area that I hadn't found the time to turn into my bush garden with a sitting area etc. Now I wonder what type of bushes should I put in that the deer won't eat.

In nine years of living at our home we have never had the deer eat anything in our gardens. I hope this isn't a sign that they are going to eat all my plants in the spring when they emerge.

So, what type of bushes do you recommend that the deer won't like for my bush garden that now I'll have to do in the spring. You should see these yews they look like sticks sticking out of the ground in a mass.
