HELP SWA points question

I have a trip booked via points and now it is less points I know I can cancel and reschedule but can anyone explain it to me Please !!!!

The points will be put back into your account.

Go into your reservation - and you should see an option to "change" your flights. Just reselect the same flights!

I did this yesterday. I noticed a difference of almost 2,000 points. I went into the system and on the right hand side it says change flight under check in. Just go through that and select the flight that you want to change. For mine it was only the return leg that dropped in points.

Thank you soo much it was ssuper easy I just wasn't sure where to stop we saved almost 10,000 points for our spring break trip

I did this for our trip to Disney we're going on in jan I saved 13,000 pints between the 3 of us
