HELP! Strange Alert in my "Annual Dues" Section of DVCMEMBER.COM

Ok...so I paid our outstanding annual dues balance back in January 2011 for the statement issued in December 2010. It shows that the entire balance of dues for my membership was paid off.

I log in today, and notice that for one my contracts there is (for some reason) a bill of $29 due. I can't tell what this charge is for.

I have a vacation coming up, and so I decide to pay the $29 online today and calling Member Administration tomorrow to figure out what the charge is for. I received a payment confirmation, and then this weird message in the Annual Dues Alert section:

"•We can not process a payment for Contract Number xxxxxxxxx at this time because you currently have a pending transaction for this Contract. Please try again later."

What does that mean? MA is closed for the day, and I will worry about this all night...

I see that message anytime I log in around my payment date for my loan, since it is auto-drafted. So if I log in, a day before the due date, or maybe even a day after, I see that message.

So you made a payment, and it's in process. So now it's telling you that you can't do anything else until that payment process finishes. That's all.

But personally I would not have paid it until I talked to them to find out what it was.

Thanks for your response. I feel better now...it makes sense that you can't try to process another payment while one is pending. I am calling MA tomorrow to figure out what the charge was for...thanks~
