We made our ADRS when I still thought he menu included New York Strip, Fetuccine Alfredo, and Seafood Stew. I have known about the new menu for quite some time, but as my trip nears the more I think I am making a mistake. I am usually a meat and potatoes kind of person. What's good on the current menu? (the appetizers and desserts still sound great).

The steak-kabobs are really good- as is the four-cheese flatbread and the garlic shrimp!

We go all the time, and we usually split a greek salad and I'll do the garlic shrimp while DH does the four cheese flatbread.

Go for it!

we also liked the steak-kabobbs this spring. The only thing we have trouble with at this place is the loudness of the kitchen and the high ceilings. The food is usually very consistant.

Go for it - if you don't see something you think you'll like, ask to speak with a Chef. They are great at accomodating special requests there.

Really? So you mean, if I wanted to eat at Spoodles (because of its reputation) but couldn't find anything on the menu I like and wanted, say, tuna casserole, a Chef would make it for me?

Well, what I meant was if you see chicken on the kids menu and you see pasta, but didn't necessarily like the sauce or something like that, they might offer to make you fettuccine alfredo with grilled chicken, or something like that. Take a look at the different ingredients on the menu and you'll have a good idea of what's in the kitchen.

If you are a meat and potatoes kind of person then maybe you would like the kebobs? Also, the rigatoni with sausage is delicious! Pork chops are also on the menu.

Sorry, I was just trying to be funny. On a serious note, does this mean if a restaurant offered a dish I liked but used a meat in it that I don't eat, they would work with me on a substitute (and no, I don't expect Spoodle's to replace the steak in the steak kebabs with tuna :teeth: - I do eat beef)

My daughter is a vegetarian and loves the rigatoni but won't eat the sausage. The chef will usually come over to our table and discuss with her what he has available in the kitchen to add to the rigatoni. She always ends up with the rigatoni in a garlic sauce with every vegetable in the kitchen.
The chefs at all the TS restaurants are willing to work with you especially if it is a dietary concern. What you end up with always depends on what they have that night in the kitchen to work with.

The kabobs are great - and the appetizers are good too. We had the dipping sauces and the margharita flatbread.

I think you will enjoy it.

And if you like Sangria - be sure to try it!
