I totally agree with what katiedid0801 says.......I don't fly SW on business, but, do fly leisure several times a year and SW can't be beat on anything as far as I'm concerned. We also hope they do NOT go to assigned seating. We've never had a problem with the seating situation. As long as you checkin 24 hours before you should never have a problem. I think the majority of people who have a problem with non assigned seating are the people who tend to get to the gate right before the door closes. As a matter of fact, on our last trip we couldn't check in 24 hours before and then when we did get back to the hotel I forgot about it, so we didn't even checkin until about 14 hours before our flight and we still got A passes. If we have a choice between SW and any other airline we will choose SW anytime. I just wish they provided service to an airport a LITTLE closer to us......currently we drive to PHL for our flights (2 hours).

I wish we could fly out of Washington, D.C. (my closest airport) using Southwest.

SW is going to begin flying from Dulles this fall (September I think). No announcement yet on how many flights or destinations so keep watching their website for more info.
