Okay, for some reason, I don't have a "warm fuzzy" about my ressies, like something is off. Will you guys take a look and tell me what I need to fix? I just don't feel like they work. Probably not explaining this very well, some things are: Will I be sorry I reserved WCC when the time comes and I have to leave the park to go? I really want to do Chef Mickeys, but can't figure out where to put it in..etc. I think I am having vacation panic attacks...lol. Helllpppp. fix it. ha ha.

Not sure if anything is really "wrong" with your ressies, but I cannot imagine skipping Chef Mickey's for anything! It is the one must do character breakfast for us each time we go!

Yea, I gotta get Chef Mickeys in there somehow. Now what to cancel????

What about dinner at Chef Mickey's on the 18th, the night of your arrival? Or breakfast the day you go to MK?

ahhh the voice of reason... :thumbsup2 I will call and reserve Chef Mickeys for our first night. THANK YOU!!!

Since you're doing DTD in the evening on the 19th, why not consider one of the restaurants there? There's Raglan Road (don't know if it's on DP), and we loved the House of Blues.
Also, on your MK day, you could always plan on a later character breakfast at Chef Mickey's, hitting the park at opening and getting a small snack to tide you over until your late breakfast time...that way you'll be able to get in all the high-demand rides before the crowds, and get in a more leisurely breakfast later. It's a short walk back to MK from the Contemporary, so returning for more park time is no problem.
You will need to cancel a TS, so I might consider cancelling the Akershus...it gets pretty cold reviews by most folks (I won't try it, because I'm scared of pickled fish...don't ask). Or, you could cancel Breakfastosaurus, keep Akershus, and use a CS at Flame Tree when you are at AK (a personal favorite of mine). Use the snack credit for breakfast, or eat a light breakfast in room. It's not so essential to get to AK at the crack of dawn (at least, it wasn't before EE opened, things might have changed).
Anyway, do as you like, and don't stress too much about it.

Who is in your group? How many and what are the ages? It does make a difference, in my mind, where you choose to eat based on the makeup of the group. Have you been to WDW before or is this your first trip?
Sorry more questions than answers, but they will help me to answer your questions.

how late is ak open the wcc night? we usually go during a mk day but if ak closes around then it's not like you'd miss fireworks or anything ( like the other parks) personally I'd go there and skip dtd dining. wcc is more fun imo and you can get a bus from ak - wcc then to dtd from wcc.

i do think I'd change Epcot though... so many good places in ws and since you are doing 2 characters if you do go to chef mickeys for dinner( or 3 if cp is characters all day, not sure) how about a nice meal the adults will enjoy :)? maybe chefs or lecellier or we also like beirgarten and that had a show
