Help single color logo needed

Hi- I have a beautiful design that Kate designed for my wedding logo and I am doing bags- I am a swim coach and one of my swimmers have a screen printing shop- they have hooked me up with a company to order nice bags but the actual company does the screen printing - 1. Will they put a disney image on the bag 2. It is a single color only, or 40 bucks per additional color - so could they just do the whole thing in one color- or do I have to present it to them in the one color format? My swimmer is out of town so I can not ask them, can anyone help?

Thanks Kate- I am looking at doing either Navy or red and natural striped bags, could you do the design in Navy? Would that look silly? Thanks so much- I am so bummed that I can't use the other one with all of the colors, but that would cost a small fortune!
