Help! Shutters Photo Question

Does anyone know if Shutters (or the ship's photographers) keep the pictures or negatives? In particular, we wanted to know if it is too late to get the negatives from DD's Castaway Cay wedding. Is there a way to contact them?

I don't beleive they do, that is why they allow you to print out a release to make copies of their professional photographs.....

If you bought any pictures at Shutters and have the receipt, the address and phone number on there might be useful. I've contacted them before to get the waiver to reproduce the photos.

I have heard that Shutters does not keep negatives of the thousands of basic photos that they do each cruise. Which is completely understandable.

However, this was a WEDDING!!! I would hope that in this case that they would have the negatives. If it is copies of photos that you already have purchased, then you should be able to use the waiver.

Hope you get the precious photos that you are hoping for!

I have the waiver, and did copy some of the photos that we bought, which, at a total of $600+, I thought we had all we needed. But the in-laws (and I) would like to see the rest.
I found the web-site for the company that owns Shutters (and also most other cruise line photo shops) and e-mailed them, as their web-site states that they keep the photos & negs for 6 weeks after sailing (We are still within that time frame) and that they will gladly sell you copies. I'm sooo excited!
I just took a chance and typed in www.image.com which is the company name on the waiver form, and it worked!
