Help! Should I keep my ADR for Cali Grill dinner?

I have 6 p.m. ADR's for California Grill and now I'm wondering if I should cancel it and go to Coral Reef instead.

My reason for the confusion is that Cali Grill is 2 TS whereas CR is 1 TS (currently, I'm going to have to OOP 2 dinners). I'm thinking Coral Reef rather than other EPCOT restaurants because we already have ADR's for Les Chefs de France and Marrakesh, and we do like seafood.

If CG is really yummy and worth the OOP rather than going to CR, then I don't mind keep my ADR there.

Help! :confused3

Where else are you going? You might be better off using all the credits at the calif grill and paying somewhere else out of pocket.

Also, we found that our party of 4 could get by on 2 of the sushi appetizers and that would leave you only paying for the two cheapest entrees out of pocket. Do you have any kids? They'll be the cheapest. Pay them out of pocket.

I'd keep the Calif Grill myself.

I would keep your ADR for California Grill, it is one of our favorite places in all of WDW to eat. There food is so good and they use really fresh ingrediants. We always start with one of there flatbreads, they change them on a regular basis and we have never had one we did not like. I had the Pork Tenderloin with Polenta on our last visit and it was FANTASTIC. We finished our dinner with the warm Verona chocolate cake.

Have a 9 yr old;maybe I should consider OOP-ing just dinners and desserts...

Now I know why people get confused! Reading these boards can be dangerous!

Out of pocket the 9 year old at the California Grill and at enough other places to make up the credits needed. The 9 year old has to order off the child's menu anyway on the meal plan. So there you have it.

We thought the CG very poor and not fine dining at all so I'd say change.

Someone would have to pay ME to eat at Coral Reef again. Loved Calif. Grill though!

No way I'd choose the Coral Reef over CG. Pay OOP for the child for a few meals and save the credits.
