Help shopping for a point and shoot?

HI! I want to replace my Nikon CoolPix digital camera for one reason: I can't take night pictures without the flash. When I try I get the "blurry" symbol and the photo does turn out blurry.

I am sure many of you have intricate and expensive cameras, but if any one has a suggestion for me for a point and shoot that can do basic night (no flash) photography with reasonable quality, I would be very appreciative!

try to see if your camera shoots in slow syncro
it uses the flash on your camera to illuminate your subject and for lighing behind, it has a slow shutter speed so it capbures it better

I myself owned the Canon s100 and think it is the best P&S camera out there, for quality, low light, and video features. I exchanged it for my NEX 5N, but still wish I had the S100 for its size and f2.0 lens and certain times.
