Help Setting Up Dining

Hello,

My family will be going to WDW in June. We will be staying out of the park at a rental house, but will book a few meals at the park. I am unable to locate answers to the following:
1) I have a login/account on the Disney website in order to book. Do I need to fill out an "account" with the names, birthdays for the others in my party in order to book for them, or I can alone just book and check or mark the number of kids and adults? If so I can go ahead and do that, I just want to be able to book as quickly as possible.
2) I plan to book for 7 persons, however my brother is military and unable to know if he will be able to come until 30 days out or so. If we showed up with 6 people, will we be penalized?

As long as even one person from your party shows up on time for the ADR, you will not be charged any no-show fees.

1. You can book ADRs for as many people as you want on your own account.
2. Make your ADRs for the largest number of people in your party that you think might be there. Don't forget to include children under 3, even though there is no charge (necessarily) for their food. There is no penalty if only part of the group shows up.
