HELP!! Sept ADR's. Good or Bad?? Suggestions Needed!!! : )

We are going to WDW Septmeber 13-19. These are are hopeful ADR's as of now. Does anyone have any suggestions/tips on how much time we need to get to and from places to make it to our ADRS and what time to make them for?? I don't know what dates we are going where because the park hours haven't been posted yet. We have the Deluxe Dining Plan. 18 credits per person. Are there any places that i have down that i should think twice about??

I knwo San Angel might be under some sort of construction but we love mexican food tho we actually love Tex Mex but my DH wants to eat there and i want to eat italian (which he hates) so we are compromising with San Angel for him and Tutto for me.

Arrival - Airport @ 11:15am
Lunch - San Angel (would have to be a late lunch)
Dinner - California Grill (Maybe watch wishes)

MK Day -
Breakfast - Kona Cafe
Lunch - SHARING (Probably Cosmic Rays Combo Meal)
Dinner - Boma

Epcot -
Breakfast - In Room
Lunch - Tutto Italia
Dinner - Coral Reef

Animal Kingdom -
Breakfast - Donald's Breakfast Buffet @ Tusker House
Lunch - SHARE Counter Service or Split Yak n Yeti (If they will let us)
Dinner - Narcossee's

MGM-
Breakfast - In Room
Lunch - Sci Fi
Dinner - 50's Prime Time

Water Park - DON"T KNOW WHICH ONE YET, ANY OPINIONS??
Breakfast - In Room
Lunch - At Park - Counter Service
Dinner - Hoop-Dee-Doo

Depature - 3:15 (DME probably around 12:00)
Breakfast - Cinderella's Castle Breakfast

But even if we don't end up with that perfect ADR schedule.... WE'RE STILL GOING TO DISNEY WORLD!!! I"M SO EXCITED!!! DH has never even been on a plane before!

On MK day you are eating at Bomas, and on Ak day you are eating at Narcossee's - I would consider switching that around so you end up doing less commuting.

I would suggest Jiko over Boma. Last year we stayed at AKL and ate at both we like Boma a lot but we LOVED Jiko. It is fantastic and the service is outstanding!!!
