HELP! Seasonal pass blockout dates changed?

CF can confirm but this might not work. When I had a FL 3 day pass and used 1 day during blackout date(wasn't even in the park an hour) got on EE within 15 mins and right after started feeling faint and overheated and left after downing 2 bottles of water. I could have gone to GS to see if they might refund the day back to our passes but I felt so sick I just wanted to go. So 2 months later I go to upgrade to SP and I was told that since ticket was used during blackout it could only be upgraded to AP. I didn't know that and that it wasn't stated on website. CM said he would do it that time but that it was a rule. So just so you know that might not work. I hope it does.
My understanding about an upgrade to a SP (or WSP) is that if it on a blockout date and the pass has been used that day I cannot do the upgrade, but that even if the pass was used on a blockout date as long as the upgrade is being done on a non-blockout date, or on a blockout date before being used that same day, it can be upgraded.

Hi! I have no idea how to fix the ticketing problem but I wanted to let the original poster know that she is not losing her mind. The Disney site did have the wrong summer blockout dates listed at one point. They had it blocked out from June5-Aug12. I know this because we were planning on booking a trip in June and found the conflicting info. Luckily, in our case it worked in our favor since the blockout date is actually June 12 so we are able to go in June...I asked a similar question about the conflicting info.
I assume that the passholder site changed to reflect the actual dates. I hope you can figure out what to do!
Jill

Thanks for all of the ticket info!

And thanks JillPTFLA for making me sane!!! Having so many people tell me that I must have been wrong really made me believe it. But why would I have my husband take an extra Friday off of work so that we could travel Thursday to Thursday?!? I specifically planned this trip to get maximum use out of the Seasonal Pass, between the blockout dates and it expiring on 8/19. Now, anyone think that I can convince anyone at Disney that the Passholder site had the wrong dates listed? JillPTFLA, do you want to conference call with me when I call and ask for a manager today? ;) (Just kidding)
