I need help picking 2 more ADRs. I can't decide whether to do another character meal or not. It's so much easier getting autographs at the meals. I also don't know what TS to pick for DHs birthday -- here's are our definites...

It will be me, DH, DS(11), DD(4), DSis and DBil. Our kids do not know about the trip -- well DBil almost spilled the beans -- but they don't know about it so far

1. Sci Fi (DS wanted to do this last trip and we didn't -- will be surprise for him)
2. Cinderella's Gala Feast (for DD -- who is a Cinderella wanna be)
3. Ohana (breakfast)
4. Ohana (dinner)
5. Mama Melrose (because we want the Fantasmic Package)
6. Teppanyaki
7.
8.

These are our must dos. Any ideas -- I only have a couple weeks left -- and we're going on vacation the week my ADRs open up!

Le Cellier, everyone will love it!!! I've eaten there 3 times and love it every time.
Coral Reef. Everyone will love the atmosphere. The fish tank is awesome! It gets mixed reviews, but it was, family of 6, our favorite meal of the week. Great food and service!!!
Suggestions: Crystal Palace (breakfast or dinner), or maybe Liberty Tree Tavern dinner. I've not eaten there yet, but it gets good reviews and it's a character dinner.

Some of our faves..

Crystal Palace - breakfast or dinner

If you do breakfast ADR before park opening you can get great castle shots without the crowds. And nothing beats walking up main street without the crowds :thumbsup2

It also has one of the best dinner buffets. It is one our favorite dinners and will be on our list again this year.

I'd definitley keep O'Hana for dinner as it is our #1 choice. If you don't want the character breakfast there then Kona Cafe is a good substitute or Boma's breakfast is also very good!

LeCellier - lunch. Very good and a nice cool easy on the eyes break during the heat.

WCC - lunch or dinner. Good staff interaction and not a character meal.

Well, only you can decide if you need a third character meal, but if you do decide you want one, maybe you'd enjoy the Crystal Palace, which would get you the 100 Acre Wood gang.

Other than that, I'll join the chorus singing the praises of Le Cellier, and I also love Raglan Road.

One of our "must do's" is The Liberty Tree Tavern at MK. Its great because it's all you can eat, but served family style so you can sit and relax. The food is very yummy, feels likes a Thanksgiving Dinner. It's a character meal, but seems a little more intimate than some of the others. We just love it. Also if you time it just right you can finish dinner and get a great seat on the porch to watch The Spectro Magic Parade.

My DH and I just love Prime Time!! The pot roast and fried chicken are very good. Great interaction with the cast members. Also second LeCelliar (if ADR's are still available) its wonderful. We also like Spoodles. It gets us to the beautiful Boardwalk area if we are not staying there.

Enjoy!

I second the 50's if your going w/ a group. The food is great and the waiters are so much fun. A great time to be had by all.

For a character meal I would do Chef Mickey's. Breakfast or Dinner is good there.

Thanks all -- we've already been to CP and LTT and, while we enjoyed both .. wondering if we should try something new. Glad to hear the good review of Chef Mickey's -- didn't have it on my list because I thought I read alot of bad reviews

Looks like Le Cellier is the overwhelming favorite -- now to decide between Le Cellier, Prime Time (this would be a hoot for DH's birthday -- yeah I know I said hoot) and Chef Mickeys.

My family enjoyed lunch at the Crystal Palace. The food was great and the Pooh characters spent a reasonable amount of time at each table. I'm sure breakfast and dinner are just as good.

Also, we liked the buffet at Boma at Animal Kingdom Lodge. Both the breakfast and dinner buffets were great!

For dh b-day i would go to Le Cellier if you can get it!! I think your kids would like the buffets so maybe Chef Mickey's, Crystal Palace or 1900 park fare for breakfest!
