Help resize this photo

I know my kids are just adorable, and you all will thoroughly enjoy seeing them larger than life on many many threads today. Despite all that, I really would like some help re-sizing this photo. This is the first time I have posted a photo in my siggie, and I would like to do it right.

Did they help you on the tech board already? I don't see how that pic could be too big....What is it you want done?

I even tried making it just a bit bigger, but it's much easier to make them smaller than it is to make them bigger with the program I use. Plus, trying to enlarge makes the pics a little fuzzy.

Well, it looks huge to me! Obmoxiously huge. I will restart my computer and see if it looks smaller to me.

It is tiny. About 1" by 1". I can't see their faces. It is about the size of the pics in my signature.
